Fully Furnished Spacious 2BHK in Wakad for sale....
Real estate blogs are the single most under-utilized marketing method available to real estate agents.
According to the NAR, only 11% of Realtors have a blog. And as a professional real estate blogger who’s reviewed hundreds of real estate blogs, I can tell you that most of that 11% are…not great.
I see lots of “blogs” that only contain new listing announcements. Lots of neglected blogs that go months between posts. And lots of the copy-and-paste articles the NAR provides to Realtors (which actually hurt your Google rank since the content isn’t original).
If you want to reap all the benefits of blogging, you’re going to have to commit to building a quality blog. And I have some great examples of quality real estate blogs for you today!
You’ll notice a few common features shared by each of the real estate blogs featured in this post. These blogs are all:
- Consistent. You need to publish posts regularly to see an increase in website traffic. Commit to just one post per week and watch your traffic grow.
- Valuable. These agents are publishing truly useful blog content. Their posts are filled with information their buyers, sellers, homeowners, investors, and neighbors can use. These blogs are not just promotions for their new listings.Valuable. These agents are publishing truly useful blog content.
